On this long term gear review, I’m talking about my Prymax/Enginstar 300WH portable generator. I’ve had it for over a year so at this point I have a pretty good handle on what it does or doesn’t work well for.
I’ll walk you through the features, some of the benefits of this device, and the ways I’m using it so that you can apply it to your own situation and make a decision on whether it’s a good buy for you.
Here are links to the Enginstar (basically the same as the Prymax).
Here’s a link to a larger Portable Generator that I’m currently using if you are looking for a something larger to run a fridge and charge other electronics. The OKMO 1000WH power bank.
And here’s a link to the DC plug I use to keep them charged up off the car’s cigarette lighter.
Overall, I’m a big fan of this unit and if you’re looking for something to run small electronics or to keep all of your devices charged up for several days, then this is a great, budget option!
Below is a video showing you the features and walking you through it completely. Hope it helps!
